Izzio, buys/sells similar to Pacal. If they don't have enough items in their inventory, they'll generate more (Izzio does have a .8% chance at spawning a mystic sword), but they also buy items from players and keep those items in their inventory to sell.

I don't think a guild-wide buff is a good idea, it would make it very easy to make a pker guild with one white toon who earns the Protector title. On the opposite side of the spectrum, it just gives a global buff to all hunters instead of the single toon who actually earned the title.

I've not installed it with the patcher before, but I believe there are 2 different config files for x86 and x64 - if you've only touched one, just copy the other. If that is not the case, my next suggestion is (make a backup) delete the config file then run the patcher to see if it will replace that...
